Tickets with refund protection can be moved to another day and time if you notify us before the performance starts. This is done by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@trolskaskogen.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@trolskaskogen.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-node\">General terms and conditions<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-node\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">The money-back guarantee entitles you to repurchase up to 48 hours before the performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Refund protection must be purchased at the same time as the ticket (except for free tickets 0-3 years and companions).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">With refund protection, you can move your tickets up to the time of the performance. Tickets may be transferred a maximum of two times.There is one refund protection per paid ticket. Free tickets for 0-3 years and companions according to LSS do not need refund protection but are automatically moved with the change.<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Refund protection can only be used once per ticket purchased.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Only the ticket price is refunded (the cost of the refund protection is not refunded).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Refunds are always made to the same account from which the purchase was made.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Notification of a refund must be made 48 hours before the booked visit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Notification of a refund is made by e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:info@trolskaskogen.se\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">info@trolskaskogen.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"text-node\">Without refund protection, you can bring your tickets forward in case of illness.
