CANCELLATION POLICY

Purchased tickets are only refundable if you have purchased refund protection.

If you have purchased refund protection, you can cancel your tickets up to 48 hours before the start of the performance and receive a refund. Tickets with refund protection can be moved to another day and time if you notify us before the performance starts. This is done by email to info@trolskaskogen.se.

General terms and conditions

  • The money-back guarantee entitles you to repurchase up to 48 hours before the performance.

  • Refund protection must be purchased at the same time as the ticket (except for free tickets 0-3 years and companions).

  • With refund protection, you can move your tickets up to the time of the performance. Tickets may be transferred a maximum of two times.There is one refund protection per paid ticket. Free tickets for 0-3 years and companions according to LSS do not need refund protection but are automatically moved with the change.

  • Refund protection can only be used once per ticket purchased.

  • Only the ticket price is refunded (the cost of the refund protection is not refunded).

  • Refunds are always made to the same account from which the purchase was made.

  • Notification of a refund must be made 48 hours before the booked visit.

  • Notification of a refund is made by e-mail to info@trolskaskogen.se.

Without refund protection, you can bring your tickets forward in case of illness. The following applies;

  • No later than 22:00 on the day before your visit was due to take place, you can move your tickets to another day and time. This is done by e-mail to info@trolskaskogen.se
